Manage employee termination process, including logistical arrangements for final paychecks, deactivation of network access, conducting of exit interviews where appropriate.Respond to and triage human resources concerns arising from staff and managers to ensure timely and effective customer service.Works with HR Business Partner Team on investigations - conduct workplace investigations in response to formal complaints, including interviewing staff, reviewing related documentation, drafting of summary reports and presentation of recommendations for effective resolution.Developing and delivering training as appropriate, including onboarding, effective employee relations, and HR processes and procedures.Administers employee relations policy and handles individual disputes for all employees/line managers.
